Welcome to the Southeastern side of Colorado in a June that turned hot quickly. John Martin Reservoir is a HUGE body of water with tons of birds and tons of sun. I really did enjoy hearing all of the calls of the birds that I was not familiar with and the reservoir is extremely popular with birders due to the diversity of species. The Trip of Firsts: First RV Camping Trip
There always has to be a First RV Camping Trip…… Here’s the story of ours. We bought her in a snow storm and Mother Nature, being the bitch that she is, is determined to make us test her in a snow storm.
